Creating The Poster
Global Warming

Above are some research i have done on posters for global warming .
The mani point of Creating the poster is to create an awareness to people in positive nor negative ways .

i have choosen mine about the foolish actions of humans towards the ozone just by doing what they do on their daily basis.


The Process

Step 1 ;
creating the outline for my main subject in the poster



Step 2:
i have coloured the subject and the background.
i have used gradient to make it look realistic a bit

step 3:
i added a spray effects and belnd it in with the subject and the background

final step:
i put in my message and my logo

In this second assignment i have choosen to choose and area to focus on which is about the role of insect ripellent towards earth's ozone .I want to create an awereness where people can be cautious of their daily actions.

The Process
form my first assignment which is the creation of the symbol i have now created soemthing to focus on in my second assignment .here's the process of how i created it using adobe illustrator.

First i started by creating the background and i have choosen to use blue colour to represent the sky


Second i started to do the land/ soil represented by the brown tone colours

Than i added the sun followed with the ozone layer

Next i added the ridsect that was in my first symbol and lastly my message

Final Outcome

Earth is dying .

Our Actions!





Global Warming has been effecting earth for a long term now . We are not aware of this till now . Some thinks that it is to late to act or even do anything to stop it . In a blink of an eye earth is slowly dying caused form our selfish acts on our daily routine . We can see that the effects are slowly showing . Like for example the melting of the ice caps , floods, long term drought and recently haze. I have chosen to focus on ' The Thinning of the Ozone Layer' .
From here we can see many things happened to earth and effecting it and also us .

Aren't we aware of the things happening around us . All we do is brag and brag without act. Here i have created an awareness logo to aware everyone of the simple things that they take not seriously could just be an effect to why earth is slowly dying .

Logo Based : Insect Ripellent.

Insect Ripellent is said to contain a high amount of compressed air , nitrogen and carbon dioxide . The usage of it just to kill a tiny little insect has brought a huge impact towards earth and it has caused the thinning of the ozone layer which is one of the causses of 'Global Warming' . Which is the topic given .Imagine in a family of 5 , holds 2 to 3 cans of insect ripellent . Now imagine a thousand more . Just because the buzzing sounds made by the insects and being gross at , we have to kill it by releasng those gasses . We should be aware that we are not just killing those insects BUT we are killing OURSELVES and EARTH . So apart of my logo i have used the very famous 'Ridsect' to create an awareness and to defend my statement.

Speech Bubble: Fire






Fire represent the meaning of heat , hot , anger , jealousy , betrayal and etc.
The reason i put a logo of a fire in the speech bubble is simply to allert everyone that the earth is on fire because the released of the gasses made by the insect ripellent . The heat form the sun can no longer be filtered by the ozone hence allows the heat to contact dirrectly towards earth .








The Colours

"Ridsect"
I have chosen to use the original colour of the insect ripellent .
Red: represent the can tube
Yellow: show the cap of the can tube .
Eventho there is other colours of insect ripellent , i choose the famous red n yellow ridsect . It is because everyone knows it


"Flame"
Here i have used the basic tone red.
Orange : shows the base of the fire . The starting of the fire . It also shows the growth of it .
Red : represents the whole flame. The main colour of the flame .


"Speech Bubble"
The reason there is a speech bubble is to convey the message that earth is saying something to us that we are simply to blind to see or even understand . It is connected to the flame . Where i have stated earlier that flame shows heat , now the earth is saying that the heat is burning up . Where all we do is brag day after day that its hot but we didn't even act .
Black : i choose this colour to contrast it with the flame colour .


"Earth"
Green : shows the land/plants on earth .
Blue : 3/4 percent of earth is covered by water . It is the natural resource for human . In my logo it basically shows the water or sea.
Around the earth i have put a circle with a dent to show the ozone which has a hole in it cause by the insect ripellent.








The Progress

I started with the outline for

"Ridsect"
Here i have use alot of rectangular shapes. For the can tube and the cap .
In the cap i have used two round edge rectangular just like the real ridsect followed by the circle in it which is the spray.


Next finish create all of my outlines by putting in the outline of The Earth , Ozone


the reason i put the earth on the ridsect is to show what have ridsect caused to earth and the ozone . To show and let people simply understand my message that im trying to create.





Colouring
I started to colour in the "Ridsect"


Next i coloured the earth followed by the ozone . Using the colours i have stated before


Finally comes my final outcome
